All returned Sweet Surprise Kit Offers must be unused, in their original packaging and in new and sellable condition. Sweet Surprise Kit will refund the purchase price back to the credit card you used, less a USD$5.00 restocking fee. Refunds may take up to ten business days to process. Return shipping and handling are free when you contact Sweet Surprise Kit Customer Care and use the return label that we provide. We will not refund original shipping charges unless an error on our part caused the return. Because of the limited quantities of Sweet Surprise Kit Offers, there will be no exchanges.
